To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and cannot be stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.).

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a deduction from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

To start a return, please contact us to start the process. Once the item(s) is returned to us, you will receive your refund minus shipping.
